Sure-Chek® 20

This is the mattress Ticking that sets the industry standard. Standard colors are med green and black.

Sure-Chek® 80

Designed with maximum tear and tensile strength, this 18 ounce fabric performs in extreme conditions. Standard color is gray.

Sure-Chek® XL

A more durable version of Sure-Chek® 20, this mattress ticking fabric offers extended performance when used with HR (high resiliency) foam. Standard color is fawn.

Sure-Chek® 44XL

A more durable version of Sure-Chek® 44, it offers extended performance when used with HR (high resiliency) foam. Standard color is fawn.

Sure-Chek® ClearChek

This fabric is a durable, water clear healthcare fabric option. It is designed with the standard Sure-Chek® features in a water clear construction for correctional institutional mattresses. The high strength reinforcement fibers are spaced openly for high visibility into the interior of the mattress.

Herculex® II

This is economy mattress ticking that offers function and performance at an excellent value. Standard colors are princess blue, gray and med green.
