Herculite's January Project Spotlight featuring Marco Canvas utilizing Coastline Plus awning fabric.
This month's Awning Project Spotlight by Herculite was submitted by Marco Canvas in Marco Island, Florida. The project features a large canopy on a multi-use shopping center in Marco Island using Herculite Coastline Plus CP2745 black.
The client was looking for a way to expand the restaurant seating capacity and provide protection from inclement weather. Coastline Plus was chosen because of its excellent dimensional stability, fire rating and water proof characteristics. The client also preferred the architectural design feature of PVC fabric.
“After the awnings were finished, the place was the busiest I have ever seen it. No one ever spent much time in the outside spaces other than smokers. Now we have full service outside and serve 25 more tables under cover!”
